BEECROFT CELEBRATES THE CENTENARY OF ITS ORGAN

3 pm ROBERT AMPT, Sydney City Organist, will give a recital at

ST. JOHN'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, BEECROFT

(Cnr Beecroft Rd and Chapman Avenue)

This will mark the centenary of the installation of one of the first pipe organs of Griffin and Leggo in January 1913.

The programme will include Suite Gothique (Boellmann), Toccata in G (Dubois) T & F in D minor (Bach) and a couple of transcriptions: Jesu Joy (Bach) and The Swan (Saint Saens).

The afternoon will also include two choral pieces by Stanford, Te Deum and Jubilate, sung by the St.. John's Singers

We would love to see you there ! Afternoon Tea will follow. Donation $10
