Reb. Don Fairweather 2007 with addition of two stops
2m., 23 sp. st., 9c., el. pn.
This organ was built by Fincham & Son in 1904, the consultant being Frederick Morley.
Don Fairweather, who rebuilt the organ in 2007 writes (16/04/07):
"The organ had not been working for 18 years when I decided to see if we could get it working again. It was unchanged from the rebuild by Mr Noad in the 50s. Under the guidance of Ian Brown & Associates I have rebuilt the organ with the addition of 2 more stops on separate wind chests. - an 8ft trumpet on the Great & 16ft trombone on Pedals. The blower has been moved to a quieter location under the floor. It has a new console with draw stops, a capture system by Australian Organ Company (Ian Brown), and a Peterson solid state switching system."
